Priority 4: Strengthening competences of civic organisations

The activities carried out in the 'Patients for Health' project are concerned with changing the perception and functioning of the entire patient organisation sector, thus improving the organisation's image, leading to the implementation of harmonised management standards and, through training, influencing the development of their competences.

  1. Announcement

As part of the "Patients for Health" project, the Institute for Patients' Rights and Health Education is requesting quotes for the following position:

Training Coordinator and Centre for the Support of Non-Governmental Organisations (CWOP), whose tasks will include:

- organisation of 16 regional training events in 16 provincial cities 

- Send out requests for quotations to hotels, collect quotations, prepare a list of quotations to the Project Manager

- preparing the invitation, sending it out to potential participants

- preparation and maintenance of training records including attendance lists, collection of post-training questionnaires, etc.

- answering trainees' questions, staying in touch with trainees

- exercising supervisory functions over CWOP experts

- day-to-day management of cases received by the CWOP, forwarding them to the relevant experts, ensuring the response time for referring back to the requesting organisation

- preparation of reports on the implementation of training and CWOP necessary for the Project Manager to clear the project

- ongoing monitoring of training and CWOP results, reporting any implementation problems well in advance

Implementation period of the "Patients for Health" project - from 1 May 2024 to 30 June 2026

CWOP - throughout the life of the project

Training:

2024 - organisation of 6 training courses (cities to be agreed)

2025 - 2 training courses (including one in Warsaw)

2026 r. - organisation of 8 training courses (cities to be agreed)

Form of execution of the agreement-  stationary in the area of Warsaw, at a place designated by the Institute for Patient Rights and Health Education during mutually agreed hours

Estimated workload of approx. 1,300 hrs/whole project

- experience in delivering training to representatives of health organisations

- knowledge of the environment (health area)

Implementation period: 01.05.2024 - 30.06.2026

Total of all costs for the implementation of the task PLN 376,000.

The amount of the grant received is PLN 365 600 and represents 97.23 % of the public task.
