The self-assessment questionnaire of the organisation was created by the experts in 2021 as a tool to conduct an internal evaluation and assess the compliance of the organisation's activities with the applicable laws, statutes, regulations and resolutions of the statutory bodies of the patient organisation from a formal and legal perspective. In the first stage of the project, it was planned to update it by experts, adapting it to changes in the law that have occurred since the questionnaire was developed. In addition, it was planned to balance the risks associated with non-compliance with the provisions contained in the questionnaire, so that the user knows what sanctions the organisation may incur (prioritisation).
