Food diary - is used to record all the food you have eaten and the fluids you have drunk during the day. It will help you understand how food affects your wellbeing and health. It will help you prepare for your consultation with a dietician.
Measuring progress - allows you to check how and at what rate your body weight, waist circumference and hip circumference are changing.Based on the parameters you enter, the system calculates the WHR index (waist-hip ratio). The result indicates, among other things, where fat tissue accumulates in your body.
