The educational campaign 'Diabetes. Opportunities and Challenges'.

Why do diabetics die most often from cardiovascular disease? What is the future of insulin use? Why is disease awareness in the diabetic so important? How important is individualisation of therapy in diabetes? Answers to these and many other questions concerning diabetes and diabetic health can be found in the educational campaign of the publisher The Point - "Diabetes. Opportunities and challenges".

Together with Experts and Partners, it brings the topic of diabetes closer to the public. This time, the campaign focuses, among other things, on topics related to the interdisciplinary approach to the disease, the high mortality rate of diabetics related to complications caused by cardiovascular disease, the future of human insulin in the treatment of type two diabetes, the mental health of diabetics, as well as the essence of the development of therapeutic education in the context of diabetes. It brings the topics of diet and physical activity as an essential element of diabetic health.

In the publication, Patrycja Rzucidło-Zając from the Institute for Patient Rights and Health Education / Diabetes Coalition talks about physical activity as a role in therapeutic success.
