The recipes are rich in calcium and vitamin D, which help to maintain healthy and strong bones. The plan is now available on the portal NFZ diets.

Portal diet.nfz.gov.pl offers 12 diet plans based on the DASH diet, which helps treat and prevent hypertension. The NFZ website has more than 8,000 recipes developed by nutritionists, videos with nutritional tips, interesting articles and advice.
