14th Patients' Organisations Forum - registration

As every year on the occasion of the approaching World Sick Day - the Institute for Patients' Rights and Health Education cordially invites you to participate in the "14th Patient Leaders Forum". The event will take place on 07 and 08 February 2020 in Warsaw.

Participation in the Forum for representatives of patient organisations is free of charge, however, due to limited space, we are not able to guarantee that all applicants will be able to attend. Please make a quick decision and send us your registration form by 19 January 2020.
