The calendar of obligatory vaccinations for children up to the age of two in Poland is already filled by only 85%, while only a decade ago it exceeded 90%. We are approaching the limit of population immunity. How to reverse this worrying trend? How can we convince parents who are reluctant to vaccinate their children that adults also need this form of protection, as infectious diseases do not stop being dangerous just because we are over 18?
The debate on the important public health topic of immunization took place as part of the 14th edition of the Drug Policy Conference, organised by 'Puls Medycyny'.
