The first six training courses "How to act openly, effectively and legally" are behind us.

In 2024, the Institute for Patients' Rights and Health Education organised the first six training sessions as part of the implementation of the Patients for Health task. The training, aimed at leaders of organisations working in the field of health care, is intended to systematise existing knowledge and raise its level in terms of the legal obligations of organisations, answer questions and doubts that arise. In addition, issues related to the self-assessment questionnaire - a free tool for conducting an internal evaluation and assessing the compliance of the organisation's activities with the applicable laws, statutes, regulations and resolutions of statutory bodies of patient organisations from a formal and legal perspective - are addressed. In the first phase of the Patients for Health task, the questionnaire was updated and adapted to changes in the law since its inception. In the current version of the questionnaire (available free of charge at www.ippez.pl on the Patients for Health tab) balanced the risks of non-compliance with the questionnaire so that the user knows what sanctions the organisation may incur (prioritisation).

In 2024, six training courses were held: in Rzeszów, Zielona Góra, Szczecin, Olsztyn, Kielce and Warsaw, with a total of 80 participants.

Two more training courses will be held in 2025 in Lodz and Warsaw.

In 2026, we will organise as many as eight training courses: in Gdańsk, Kraków, Wrocław, Opole, Poznań, Katowice, Bydgoszcz and Lublin. We will keep you informed about the dates and the possibility to register.
