In June, a nationwide campaign of free examinations called Strefa na Zdrowie initiated by Polpharma was launched. In 6 cities in Poland, i.e. Ostrołęka, Starogard Gdański, Nowa Dęba, Sieradz, Radzyń Podlaski and Żywiec, residents will be able to take advantage of free examinations. The initiative aims to provide access to basic medical examinations and promote preventive healthcare among the local community.
Organised every year, the series of free health consultations enables Polish patients to benefit from medical advice and examinations that are difficult to access on a daily basis or the waiting time in the queue for an appointment is extended. The campaign also aims to detect possible illnesses at an early stage, allowing early intervention and referring patients for appropriate treatment.
Free medical examinations will be available to all residents of legal age. Specialists will be on hand to take a medical history, check the state of your health and advise you on how to take care of it. In addition to the examination, each patient will receive expert advice from a specialist and possible indications for further treatment.
This year, patients will be able to benefit from free examinations in cardiology, pulmonology, ophthalmology and dermatology.
