Sign up for vaccination when consultant calls

Not yet vaccinated or registered for vaccination? A National Immunisation Programme helpline consultant (989) will call you to arrange a suitable date.

For whom the service

The service can be used by those who:

  • have an active IKP account and have provided their phone number there
  • have an e- referral for vaccination
  • are not vaccinated
  • are not enrolled for vaccination.

What the service consists of

A consultant will call your telephone number. He will make 3 attempts to contact you. During the call, he/she will inform you that you have been issued with an e-referral and can register for the vaccination. The consultant will also introduce you to the benefits of the vaccination and encourage you to get vaccinated. If you agree, he or she will arrange a vaccination date and place with you that is suitable for you.

By being vaccinated, you protect yourself from the next wave of pandemics, you help fight it, you gain peace of mind.

When a consultant can call

Consultants will be calling customers Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. You can expect a call then.

What you gain

With this form of vaccination enrolment:

  • you save time
  • you don't stand in queues
  • you don't have to leave your home
  • you don't have to search for information on how to be vaccinated.

Is your data safe

Don't worry about your data. Your telephone number is only used for this one specific purpose - to arrange your vaccination and complete the vaccination process.

How to verify that no one is impersonating a consultant

A 989 hotline consultant will call you from the number + 48 22 165 51 55. You can verify this number at www.gov.pl under "Contacting people who have not registered for vaccination".

You can also call 989 to confirm the details of the vaccination enrolment action by the consultants.
