SENIORADA is being launched, a series of useful tips aimed at people 60+ on nutrition, physical activity, prevention of heart and brain diseases.

SENIORADA is a new educational project, implemented as part of the STOP STrokes educational campaign to build public awareness of stroke and atrial fibrillation prevention. The SENIORADA knowledge compendium is available at www.stopudarom.pl and FB STOP HURTS in the form of, among other things, educational animations, videos with expert statements and infographics with practical advice.
