Satisfaction survey of deaf and hard of hearing people with IKP and myIKP app

eHealth Centre by 15 March carries out a satisfaction survey Deaf and hard-of-hearing people from using the online Patient Account and the myIKP mobile app.

The scope of the survey was prepared together with the Polish Association of the Deaf. The questions in the survey were translated into Polish Sign Language, which is used by people with hearing impairments. The results of the survey will provide insight into the needs and expectations of this user group with regard to IKP and the mojeIKP application.
