#MamRakWantBaby is an action carried out within the framework of the project Oncofertility - Preservation of Fertility Polish League Against Cancer Foundation, which aims to spread awareness of the possibility of fertility preservation in oncology patients.
The whole project has attracted a lot of interest, and this year's activities are supported by numerous influencers, including actress Kasia Bujakiewicz, surgeon Paweł Kabata, model Martyna Surmińska and musician Remik Łupicki.
The Fertility Preservation Helpline, launched by the Foundation, is continuously operating as part of the project. It is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 17:00 to 19:00 on the number tel. 793 555 238. Free information on the possibility of having offspring and fertility preservation in oncology patients is provided by Dr Milena Lachowicz and Katarzyna Barańska, M.D., as part of the Helpline.
Another activity of the I Have Cancer I Want a Child campaign is webinars for patients, nurses and doctors. The next one is scheduled for Tuesday 21 June at 6 pm and will address pregnancy after breast cancer.
