The Polish Multiple Sclerosis Society (PTSR) continues its educational campaign "Ask about MS".

The 'Ask MS' campaign has been running continuously since 2021. Its aim is to build awareness of multiple sclerosis (MS), to motivate patients to initiate peer communication with their doctor about their disease and to actively manage life with the disease.

Multiple sclerosis is a chronic disease of the central nervous system caused by a malfunction of the immune system. It is estimated that around 55,000 people in Poland suffer from MS, and several thousand are diagnosed each year. The most common age group is between 20 and 40 years of age.

On the campaign website zapytajosm.pl, the Polish Multiple Sclerosis Society publishes important and interesting information about multiple sclerosis, and through a form people with MS can ask questions about the disease and related topics. To date, almost 700 questions have been submitted to the 'Ask MS' campaign, answered by numerous experts during webinars and also in written form on the campaign website. Further webinars with experts are planned as part of this year's educational activities. The campaign has been featured in the media and has been very popular.

Patrons of the campaign include: Institute for Patients' Rights and Health Education Foundation and the PTSR Medical Advisory Committee.
