MyIKP is a free mobile app that gives access to some of the functionality of the Internet Patient Account and the NFZ Diet portal.
Portal www.diety.nfz.gov.pl is intended for anyone interested. In particular, it is recommended for patients with chronic diseases, for whom diet is also one of the medical recommendations, and for those who want to eat healthily, who want to lose weight or change their eating habits.
The portal offers 28-day eating plans in several calorie ranges, based on the recommendations of the DASH diet, which not only helps lower blood pressure, but also prevents it from developing, improves lipid disorders, reduces the risk of developing type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Eating according to its principles offers many health benefits, which we can observe after just a few weeks of following it. All diets on the portal are free of charge.
What do benefit from Diet NFZ through myIKP?
Once you have launched the myIKP app at the bottom of the screen, click on the "Prevention" box and then "Your diet plans". This is how you will be taken to the login page on the NFZ Diet portal.
Enter your e-mail address and a password of your choice here (minimum of 6 characters, include at least one number and one uppercase and one lowercase letter). These details are worth remembering, as you will need them when logging in to the NFZ Diet portal both in the app and via the website. To return to the previous screen, click on the < arrow at the top or on "e-health" at the bottom of the screen (you will then return to e-prescriptions and e-referrals).
MyIKP application
myIKP is a free mobile app that gives you access to some of the functionality of your Online Patient Account. You can download it on Android systems from Google Play or iOS with App Store.
The application allows:
- Prompt appointment for COVID-19 vaccination,
- easy retrieval of e-prescriptions and e-referrals,
- receive notifications directly to your phone about e-prescriptions and e-referrals issued, including those issued to children or a loved one who has authorised you to use their Internet Patient Account,
- buying a medicine at the pharmacy without having to give your PESEL number, simply give the pharmacist a QR code to scan,
- checking the leaflet and dosage of the prescribed medicine,
- checking when and where the appointment will take place on the basis of a registered e-referral,
- downloading e-prescriptions and e-referrals to a mobile device as a printable pdf file so that they can be sent to another person using, for example, webmail or instant messaging services such as SMS or Messenger,
- downloading e-prescriptions, e-referrals of your child or loved ones,
- downloading the EU COVID certificate,
- and now also switching to the NFZ Diet portal.
