- Health care has always been an area full of excitement and expectation, but accompanied by a lack of trust. We want to rebuild that trust, to reset it," said Bromber.

-We are open to dialogue with everyone, including patients, as the catalogue of stakeholders is definitely broader than presented in this public space,‖ he added.

- I am aware that there are many young people among the protesters who want a different work culture, who have different expectations. There is often talk among them of staff shortages, of limited human resources, which determine the problems we now face. That is why there will be an increased number of places on medical courses," he pointed out.

- In the last few places, this number has increased by 2,000 places. We are also in favour of opening up to proposals from young people, he pointed out.

- As for money, it is important, but the discussion cannot be reduced to it alone, as our current problems indicate, he noted.

- Social dialogue is important here, we are in favour of talking to everyone. We can differ, but we need to talk, and we will encourage the protesting side to do so," he stressed.
