Intergenerational bridges: from Poznan to Kristiansand

We are delighted that our project is making the news not only in Poland, but also in Norway. Below are two articles about our initiative and an excerpt from the text: "In the heart of Poznan, the older generation sits down shoulder to shoulder with young people to share experiences and hope for the future. As part of the 'You are needed' project, senior women are teaching young people about handicrafts and, in return, are discovering the secrets of modern technology.

This unusual meeting of two worlds - past and present - blurs the boundaries of centuries and loneliness, creating a community in which every story has its place. The Norwegian organisation ROM-Agder sees in this initiative more than just an intergenerational exchange - it is the potential to change society from the ground up."
