The Internet Patient Account (IKP) is a free application of the Ministry of Health available at pacjent.gov.pl. It provides quick and secure access to information about health: your own, your children's or the person from whom you have received authorisation.
Using IKP:- check e-prescription and e-referral with information on their status, medication dosage, and history of both yourself and the parent or person you care for (once authorised),- receive e-prescription and e-referral by SMS or email,- check coronavirus test result and quarantine or isolation information,- share health information and prescription history with a loved one or doctor,- access your children's medical information up to the age of 18. years of age,- change your doctor, nurse or primary care midwife.
