How to download the EU COVID Certificate from the Internet Patient Account

The EU COVID Certificate (UCC) is an electronic certificate that will facilitate your safe and free movement during a pandemic within the European Union (EU), as well as in selected other non-EU countries. It is given to a person who:- has received at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine (countries decide for themselves whether they require full vaccination or just one dose; Poland requires full vaccination),- has received a negative coronavirus test result (in Poland valid for 48),- has recovered from COVID-19 (the UCC will be valid from the 11th to the 180th day after a positive test result).

The Union COVID Certificate is available on the Online Patient Account (go to www.pacjent.gov.pl and log in to your IKP) and on the myIKP mobile app (downloadable in the Google Play and App Store).
