The webinar will be divided into IV parts:
1. Chronic kidney disease through the eyes of the patient.
Ms Mariola, who runs the Facebook blog "Against dialysis - I'm winning as much as I can", will share her story with us. At the meeting, she will talk about her passion for mountains.

2. holidays abroad
We will meet the founders of the dialysis holiday intron website, which is dedicated to dialysis patients who are planning a holiday outside Poland. We will find out how to organise an overseas trip and which countries are worth visiting.
3. Dialisys Club
Ms Joanna and Mr Peter will present some information about their shop with items for dialysis patients.

Ms Marta Andrzejewska, PR Manager of Fresenius Medical Care Polska, will talk about holiday opportunities in Wysowa Spa and Świnoujście. We will find out what places are worth seeing and how to prepare for the trip.
