We are requesting the completion of a survey questionnaire on the topic of adult immunisation.
The results collected will serve to identify barriers, concerns and needs in this area. They will provide material for the further work of the vaccination group, which was established at the initiative of the Council of Patient Organisations at the Ministry of Health.
The survey is aimed specifically at chronically ill patients.
A study by the We Patients Foundation carried out in cooperation with the Institute for Patients' Rights and Health Education, the Polish Federation of Associations of Asthma, Allergy and COPD Patients, the Polish Association of Diabetics, the National Patients' Association "EcoSerce", the Carita Foundation and the Polish Coalition of Oncology Patients.
