8 training programmes 35 minutes in length, with gradually increasing intensity. The films will be presented on the channel YouTube NFZ Academy for a further eight weeks - one film each week. In addition, participants will receive recommendations for physical activity of increasing duration from 100 to 170 minutes per week.
What to do to get started?
- answer 7 simple questions from of the PARQ questionnaire. If you answer yes to any question - contact your GP to determine the risks of undertaking physical activity. Don't worry, there are extremely few contraindications to exercise,
- Prepare comfortable shoes and attire, dumbbells (weight adjusted to your current capabilities), an exercise mat, water and a towel.
