Especially older people should be more aware of what symptoms are worth paying special attention to, when to do check-ups and what to ask the doctor,\" explains Anna Kupiecka, president of the OnkoCafe Foundation - Together Better.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">An integral part of the handbook is a Patient's Notebook with an address book for important contacts (e.g. GP, oncologist, psycho-oncologist, dietician, physiotherapist, foundation, patient association\/support groups).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The guide is available on line on the website of the OnkoCafe Foundation -
