Dear Sirs,<\/p>\n

As every year on the occasion of the approaching World Sick Day - the Institute for Patients' Rights and Health Education cordially invites you to participate in the \"13th Patients' Organisation Leaders Forum\". The event will take place on\u00a011 and 12 February 2019 in Warsaw<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As in previous years, the Institute would like to provide you with the opportunity to meet with organisations representing patients from different therapeutic areas, providing a unique opportunity to exchange views and experiences. In 2019, the convention of a two-day lecture and workshop conference will be maintained, during which meetings with experts from the fields of healthcare, medicine, communication and psychology as well as representatives of thriving NGOs are foreseen.<\/p>\n

On 12 February 2019, we will also be celebrating for the first time the 'National Carers' Day' initiated by a joint effort of many patient organisations. The day is intended to provide an opportunity to express gratitude to all those who play the role of caring for patients on a daily basis and to encourage discussion of the real needs of carers.<\/p>\n

Dear Sirs,<\/p>\n

Participation in the Forum for representatives of patient organisations is free of charge, but due to limited space, we are unable to guarantee that all those wishing to participate will be able to do so. We have therefore assumed that the order of registration will be decisive. Please make a quick decision and send us your registration form by\u00a023 January 2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Once registration is complete, we will send you a feedback containing the necessary logistical information and the conference programme.<\/p>\n

The conference and accommodation will be held at the Mercure Warszawa Centrum Hotel. The organisers will provide accommodation with breakfast in double rooms for those outside Warsaw on 11\/12.02.2019. and meals for all conference participants.
